Fairy Vials have three traits: Fillers, Liquid, and Appendage. Each trait has four categories: Natural, Unnatural, Exotic, and Dreamy!
Fillers

Natural: Naturally-existing Plant, Animal, and Fungi species
​
Unnatural: Common inanimate, non-organic objects
​
Exotic: Extinct or Mythical species, Rare inanimate objects, Phenomenons
​
Dreamy: Unearthly or abstract fillers. Also fillers of your own imagination
Liquid

Natural: Clear or blue-tint water (optional)

Unnatural: Processed, human-made
​
Exotic: Derived directly from nature
​
Dreamy: Liquids which don't naturally exist on current earth
Appendage

Natural: Elf ears (optional)

Unnatural: Common animal-derived appendages
​
Exotic: Derived from mythical creatures

Dreamy: The unthinkable!
How to create a Fairy Vial

Follow the guideline below to create your Fairy Vial! Best viewed on PC!
Step 1

Select a theme! This will help determine what traits you want to obtain!

All discord members can get a free MYO by taking our MYO quiz (See FAQ ). You can also purchase traits at any time to upgrade your Fairy Vial or create a new MYO by requesting to purchase in the #lore_questions discord channel. We also open an occasional seasonal MYO shop where traits in season are discounted!
What kind of Fairy Vial are you aiming to create?
We want the design to fit a cohesive theme!
Demon / devil themed Fairy Vial who's really edgy and cool.
A sweet Sakura and Green tea child who loves dangos and sweets!
Elegant and mysterious bartender whose makeup is on fleek.

Select your traits based on the theme!
​
Fairy Vials have three types of traits: Fillers, Liquids, and Appendages! The Vial contains the filler and liquid! The appendage can be a vial but doesn't have to be!
Fillers are physical or abstract items. They are used to "fill" the vial. Fillers define magic abilities, personality, and appearance.
Liquids/domains define the environment inside the vial. Can influence magic abilities, personality, and appearance.
Appendages are limbs or projecting body parts with a specialized function. FVs naturally have elf ears and thus heightened hearing.

The most important step! Decide your Vial Shape!

The Vial is the lifeline of the Fairy Vial! It should be noticeable and large enough that the fillers are distinguisable! There are three types of vials
​
Tip: Fairy Vials can have more than one vial! The vials do not have to be filled with the same things ! If one of your vials is small like a pendant, please add another vial that's bigger !
These vials are vials of the body - arms, legs, ears, neck, joints, etc!
Earrings, clothing, purses, hats, etc. They should not be too large to carry, but they should be big enough to see clearly inside!
Appendage vials are ears, horns, tails, or wings which act as vials. Vials that float are considered dreamy traits.

Use the free MYO or purchase traits in the discord or during the MYO Shop opening! View prices below!
Design Guidelines
★ Design what you love! (ﾉ´ãƒ®`)ﾉ*: ･ﾟ
​
★ Try to keep the design cohesive! What makes sense together?
​
★ If you're limited to the free MYO and want your Fairy Vial to have star or moon themes, find flowers with a connection to those themes, like moonflower! (o´â–½`o)
​
★ The filler will influence the personality and appearance of your Fairy Vial! This means, if you have pink rose fillers, I'll want to see the pink rose incorporated into the appearance!

Do the colors complement the filler?

Are there any rose patterns on the clothing or rose-shaped accessories (hair clips, purses, ornaments, earrings, etc.)

Are there any rose flowers on the design?

Is the hair in rose buns?

Pink rose symbolizes grace and elegance. Does the character symbolize this too?

Not all of these things are required, but you have to show me that you have put thought into your design !

Paste your colored sketch WIP in the #lore_questions chat in discord. You can tag Vi. She will generally respond faster on weekends. If you don't have discord, note Vi on deviantart! If Vi gives the okay, you can go towards lining and coloring or rendering !
​
When you are ready, post your Fairy Vial to deviantart with the traits written in the description. Add your FV to the MYO Folder! Lunar will add it to the masterlist when he updates the MYO list.
